We will be happy to arrange late check out on request. In case of late check out until 18:00 you will be charged an additional fee in form of hourly payment of the room. For check-out between 18:00 and 00:00 you will be charged a fee of 50% of the room cost. In case of late check-out after 00:00 you will be charged a fee of 100% of the room cost.

We respect our guests' attachment to their pets, but at the moment AP «Astrakhanskaya» hotel doesn't accommodate guests with pets.

Authorization of credit and payment cards is conducted during registration for the amount covering the guest's stay and additional expenses.
We must inform you that in accordance with the banking legislation of the Russian Federation we can’t accept electronic cards (such as Visa Electron, MasterCard Electron, Maestro) for bookings performed using prepaid tariffs.
Order of payment for accommodation services
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterСard, Maestro, Amex, Diners Club) and cash in rubles. Unfortunately, checks are not accepted as payment.
